Samsung Launches One UI 7 Beta Program for Select Galaxy Devices

Samsung has officially announced the launch of its One UI 7 beta program, which began on March 6, 2025. This new update will be available to select Galaxy devices, following its initial rollout for the Galaxy S24 series in December 2024. The beta program is expected to last at least a month, with a stable version anticipated to be released in April.

The beta program will initially be available for the latest Galaxy foldables, specifically the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. However, other devices will join the program later in March. The full list of compatible devices includes:

  • Galaxy Z Fold 6
  • Galaxy Z Flip 6
  • Galaxy Tab S10+
  • Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra
  • Galaxy A55
  • Galaxy S23
  • Galaxy S23+
  • Galaxy S23 Ultra

Users interested in participating in the beta can sign up through the Samsung Members app. Once registered, they will receive an over-the-air (OTA) update to install the beta version. This rollout will initially cover users in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and India.

The One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, promises significant enhancements and features. However, it has faced delays, arriving over six months later than previous Android OS updates for Galaxy devices. This has raised questions among users eager to experience the latest improvements.

As the tech world eagerly anticipates the stable release, Samsung continues to refine its software offerings. With the beta program now live, Galaxy users can look forward to testing new features and providing feedback that may shape the final version of One UI 7.
